Let's keep this real simple.
- We won't sell or give your data to anyone
- We won't give or sell your data to anyone
- Your data won't be sold or given to anyone
- Data we collect is not sold or given to anyone
EVER!
See, isn't that nice and simple? If we somehow missed a way of saying it, it's not because we didn't try to make it real simple to understand.
Now for the bad news, I'm sure that the government can find some way to use the PATRIOT Act to force me to give them the data, so there is one qualifier. If the government forces me to turn over the data to them, I will. I don't have the desire or the time to become a cause to fight the government to protect our right to privacy. But beyond that one caveat, the four points above stand.
